It appears that they are all around the Eglinton and Oakwood area where they steal from local businesses, hang around laundry mats and leave their drugs, garbage all over the place. We see the police in the area, but they seem to let these drug abusers roam freely. Is this right? Should these people be left alone? Would they eventually go away?
