Lots of people with mixed feelings about this one. Black man was walking through his driveway when a Mexican Cop comes by and tells the black man he is being detained, but on what grounds? Another cop (white) who apparently is known for tazing people pulled up as well. The black man schools the dirty cops and…… Well just watch….
