Bill Cosby was double-crossed by prosecutors. Whats crazy is that they reneged on a public declaration not to prosecute him.
Bill had 3 counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand. He served 2 years, was denied parole, ridiculed by the general public, many women came from out of the woodworks to point the finger st this 83 year old man.
His sentence was voided because of the contradictory decisions made by district attorneys who were working on the case. Without Bill’s confession, there is no case.
Neama Rahman who was a former prosecutor says:
“Cosby’s testimony about him providing women with drugs can no longer be used and that was a basis of the prosecution,” Rahman said. “The problem with sexual assault is that not only is it sometimes falsely reported but rarely reported. So because these allegations came years later, having Cosby’s damning admission was their golden ticket. Without that, it’s very tough case from a proof perspective.”
